- Internet Access With Frame Relay
Circuit(s)
Get the simplicity of a single point of contact for all Frame Relay services, including
line and service ordering, line provisioning, maintenance, support, and billing; available
nationwide (international service available by custom quote).
- Internet Access Add-on
Already have one or more Frame Relay circuits in the greater Los Angeles area or
nationwide? EarthLink may be able to add Internet Access at speeds up to full T1 at a very
favorable price.
- Wide Area Network
Used to connect two or more branch offices together, allowing them to share a common,
high-speed Internet access connection; available nationwide.

Full-time Proactive Support
All high-speed access connections are proactively tested 24 hours a day, seven days a week
by computers in EarthLink's Network Operations Center (NOC). NOC computers issue alerts
automatically in the event of trouble on a member's high-speed circuit. Alerts are handled
and escalated according to time of day and member instructions.
